A meeting of the ASC Latinas UNIDAS took place Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at 8:00 p.m. in Alston 304. The meeting was led by Co-Presidents Noelia Sandoval and Lissette Rodriguez
The meeting began with the second student-led educational presentation by Denisse Alanis on the influence of dance in her journey of cultural self identification as a Mexican American.

The meeting then turned to a brief discussion of the political revolutions taking place all over the world. This preceded a discussion of the much anticipated Oscars that were to air that following Sunday.
The meeting ended with the announcement of upcoming L.U events to mark on your calendars including:
